starts at 9:30 AM, so be there by no later than 9 AM
Because
of recent downtown flooding, parade route and lineup has
changed. Parade route and lineup location are shown in the attached
map.
Most know how to get to Newark Valley. Take Route 38 North (take Route 96 North out of Owego This takes you directly to Route 38). When you come into Newark Valley, there will be a traffic light which is at 4 corners, by the village park. Turn left, go across the bridge and turn right, this will be Whig Street. Continue on Whig street until you see the linup area on your right. I believe this is the same area we lined up at years ago. The town barns are there, across from the school.
