IRVING AND KATHRYN HALL AWARD
The Irving and Kathryn Hall Award, established in 1984, honors the band member (who may be either a playing or non-playing member) who has contributed the most to the Kirby Band during the fiscal year. In addition to the honor and a special pin designed and produced by a Candor artist, the recipient will have his or her name placed on the Hall Award plaque. The award recipient is determined by band membership through a nomination process. The awards committee makes the selection based on the nominations received and the award is presented at the annual meeting and banquet held in the month of September.
